These Terms and Conditions of Sale constitute a legal agreement between you and Jasmine Barhagi. Please read these Terms and Conditions in full before continuing with your purchase.
1. Contract
This purchase forms a binding contract between you and Jasmine Barhagi. By completing this purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Payment + Refunds
All payments must be made via the details given via Jasmine Barhagi. Payment must be received in full prior to the commencement of services or attendance at any event. If a payment plan has been selected, the full payment must be received by the date specified. There are no exceptions and there are no refunds for any service/event.
3. Prohibited Use
All materials resulting from our work together are for your personal use only. They are not to be copied, resold or shared with third parties for profit. We retain all copyright and other proprietary notices. No other use of the materials or information is authorized. Any violation of the foregoing may result in civil and/or criminal liabilities.
4. No Guarantee
You acknowledge that individual results may vary based on your personal efforts as well as other external factors. Jasmine Barhagi does not guarantee a particular outcome, and is not liable for any loss, damage or other expense which you may suffer as a result of using the services of Jasmine Barhagi.
5. Dietary requirements/allergies (Events)
Should you have any dietary requirements or allergies, you acknowledge that you will contact Jasmine Barhagi no later than 1 week before the event.
6. Age
By acknowledging these terms and conditions you are declaring that you are over 18 years old.
