Projects: Sydney Metro Northwest ($8.3Bn), Sydney Light Rail, Newcastle Light Rail - Portfolio change and relationship management, stakeholder management and coaching, transition management, customer centred design and business readiness for the Opal equipment and infrastructure portfolio.

MBA Leadership Mentor and Coach - Sydney, University of Technology
MBA Leadership Lab Coach and Mentor for the advanced MBA program at UTS with a focus on leadership self assessment and development, emotional intelligence and strategic action planning for advancement, corporate fulfilment and high performance.
▪️2016
Program Change Manager - Dubai, Emirates Airlines
Project: A Passenger Services Program ($277M) involving organisational transformation in a multifunctional role across program and business change, communications, engagement and recognition, performance management, strategic alignment, leadership and team development.

Senior Change Manager - London, Moorhouse Consulting, Molten Group and HSBC
Projects: Global IT Transformation Program - senior communication and engagement;
development and rollout of a consulting change management framework and value proposition.

Change Manager - Sydney, Westpac Group
Project: Global Digital Currency Card (Digital Portfolio) as a senior change management lead for the digital transformation of the GCC card (Westpac, St. George Group, Bank of Melbourne and Bank of South Australia). Coached via the various stages of transformation on an agile program, with application of strategic advisory services in establishing a ‘single view of change.’
Project: Multi Brand Application Capture (Business Banking) managing all aspects of a change for a large IT transformation program across Australia including integrated stakeholder management.

Projects: Specialising in Performance and Quality Management, Strategic Planning and Organisational Excellence (via EFQM - European Foundation for Quality Management) and coaching on strategic cohesiveness and balanced scorecard implementation along with corporate performance advisory services in director planning across departmental, strategic and individual objectives.

Senior Consultant and Change Management Facilitator - London, C2E Consulting
Projects: Change Management Facilitator, Leader of the Change Program for Blackfriars (Stations & Civils) - a multibillion dollar - major construction contract). Developed integrated ‘high performing teams’ involving development, coaching and transformation of the people/process element for 160 employees. Practice leader for Coaching and World Class Consulting Skills within the Change2Excellence Company (C2E) to facilitate collaborative working and to coach senior management in developing their teams and creating processes to support the wider change program.
